Crystal Fountain Ministry (CFM) started as a fellowship on the 11th of March, 2011 when a group of four (4) vibrant young men led by Rev. William E. Attipoe decided to meet once every week in a classroom to be fellowshipping. The first meeting was so impactful and electrifying that news of the meeting went viral. By the following week, we had 12 people in attendance. We continued to grow and wax stronger by the day. Within a space of 6 months, attendance had grown to about 40.
Calls for the commencement of a church began by key elements within the fellowship which was then known as “TURNING POINT PRAYER NETWORK” (TPPN) but Rev. William E. Attipoe being the leader turned down the idea awaiting guidance from God. We continued as a fellowship until the 11th of July, 2013 when our leader Rev. William E. Attipoe had an encounter with God and was giving a clear instruction to start as a ministry with a clear mandate and specific details. The church officially started on the 13th of July, 2013 by the premises of Bellevue High School in Yeoville.
The church has moved to six venues since it started. Many lives have been transformed, many souls won and many families restored to the glory of God. The journey has been adventurous, challenging and intriguing. We believe our unknown future is in the hands of the all-knowing God.
Rev. William E. Attipoe, the vision bearer of Crystal Fountain Ministry hails from Anyako in the Volta Region of Ghana. Having served various ministries and various men of God in various capacities while growing up both physically and spiritually, he willingly accepted the call of God on his life when the fullness of time came. He is a key player in the ongoing revival in the body of Christ sweeping across the globe.
He is a man full of the word to the extent his accomplices have named him “the Walking Bible.” His knowledge and understanding of the word is always evident in his preachings/teachings and even conversations. He is a gifted preacher whose preachings/teachings are often accompanied by signs and wonders. His ministry has seen the dead raised, blind eyes opened, deaf ears open and cripples walk. He combines intense spirituality with sound teaching/preaching of the unadulterated word. He has offered his life as a sacrifice on the altar of God to see other lives and destinies connected to him thrive. He could give his all to the kingdom and towards the cause of the kingdom with the belief he’s only a custodian/steward of whatever is in his possession.
He is also a man of prayer who doesn’t compromise on his ministry to God first before ministry to men principle. He believes his ministry and giftings were birth out of prayer and could only be sustained through prayer. He is a prolific writer with great books to be launched in the near future. He is a conference speaker, a teacher, a motivational speaker, a pastor and an anointed preacher.
Rev. William E. Attipoe, a revivalist by calling has a rare prophetic and healing gift which will reap a harvest for the body of Christ. Through in-depth study of the word of God, prayer, fasting, servitude and mentorship, he believes he is fully equipped to:

Touch our generation with the power of God
Raise significant leaders
His messages centers on Godliness, faith, hope, purity, order, love, commitment and the anointing. His Charismatic style of preaching coupled with other giftings and the spiritual nature of his messages have seen him preach on many platforms locally and internationally. His messages revive, educate, inform, transforms, inspires, cuts across all class of people and all racial groups. His exemplary leadership skills motivate his leaders and members alike to go the extra mile. His humility and interpersonal skills makes people easily fall in love with him.
He was ordained as a Reverend Minister on the 13th of September, 2014 after many years in Christendom and seven (7) years of being a lay pastor.
He is a product of Aggrey Memorial High School in Cape-Coast, Ghana and Takoradi Technical University, Western Region of Ghana. He’s married to First Lady Angela Silandiso Attipoe and they are blessed with a daughter Rosemond.
